operate our own business carefully and conservatively, providing unmatched customer service
and partnering with clients for mutual success. Our clients have dedicated relationship
managers who they can contact directly for assistance. We do not utilize call centers or other
impersonal methods of providing customer service to our clients.

A New Chapter for Signature

Effective August 1, 2026, Signature Bank has joined Esquire Bank and is now operating as Signature,
a division of Esquire Bank. All accounts, loans, and deposit relationships formerly held by Signature Bank are now held by Esquire Bank, National Association, an FDIC insured institution.
